DownloadWith the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Homeowners Associations you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: ABL (Audubon Lakes)
Property ID: Your account number
Per Article IV of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Audubon Lakes Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Cameren Oaks Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
